Social Field - for friendly dogs that are happy to play and interact
This is the main field just to the right of the cafe and car park which is available for play for dogs on or off lead that are well socialised and happy to meet other dogs and people.
Please NO DOGS IN SEASON as it is not fair to other users.
It is open at these times - please do not come outside these times due to our planning conditions:
Summer Season (April 1 to September 30)
Monday to Friday - 9am to 8pm (or sunset, whichever is earlier)
Saturday - 9am to 6pm
Sunday - 10am to 4pm
Winter Season (October 1 to March 31)
Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm (or sunset, whichever is earlier)
Saturday - 9am to 6pm (or sunset, whichever is earlier)
Sunday - 10am to 4pm
This is also the field we use for events, such as dog shows and charity fundraisers.
If you would like to make a regular monthly contribution please go to our payment page here
The social field is currently free to use and we are trying to keep it that way.
Having said that we are facing increasing costs and are not able to make the improvements and additions to the field that we would have hoped to by now.
Many visitors ask if they can give us a donation, whether they are using the field just the once or are regular visitors, and we are very grateful for anything you can give which we can put towards new tables and benches, improving the fencing, and all the ongoing maintenance.
The following Paypal button, QR code or donation form are easy ways to send us a thank you.
FARM WALK
Walk all the way from Wymondham without going on a road.
Follow the pawprint signs down Deep Lane, off Tuttles Lane by the Melton Road, past Paws For Play and turn left down the new farm track to follow the field edge and arrive at Centre Paws.
You can let dogs off the lead until you reach our grass meadow but we politely ask that you please stick to the path and not let your dogs race around in the crops.
If you see another walker coming the other way with a dog on a lead, please put yours on until you have passed each other. And please clean up after your dog wherever you are on the route. We have plenty of bins at Centre Paws.
Thank you.
